Refund Policy

 

Online Program Only

  • Content is released weekly (not all at once).
  • If you decide the program isn’t the right fit, refunds are available for the unused portion of the program.
  • Once a week’s content has been released, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

 

Online + Reflexology Option

  • Includes everything from the Online Program plus 12 in-person reflexology sessions, which are scheduled at the time of enrollment.
  • Because your sessions are booked in advance, our existing cancellation and no-show policies apply.
  • Refunds are generally not offered once the program begins. In exceptional circumstances, unused in-person sessions may be partially refunded (50%) or credited at my discretion.

 

Community Access
Access to the private online community is included with both program options. If a refund is issued, access to the community will end immediately to maintain a safe and supportive space for active participants.

 

General Notes

  • Refunds must be requested in writing and sent to [email protected].
  • Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
